At Public Manner Dog Training Academy, we understand that every dog — and every family — learns differently. That’s why we offer our Pay-As-You-Go Training Program, a flexible option for those who want to train one step at a time without committing to a full package upfront.
With this program, you can book one private session at a time, allowing you to focus on your dog’s progress, comfort level, and your schedule. Each session lasts about 60–75 minutes and is customized to your specific goals — whether that’s leash manners, jumping, confidence-building, or reinforcing obedience commands.

Our Private In-Home Program is built for families who want hands-on coaching and real-world results — right where behavior matters most: at home.
With 6 personalized sessions, one of our professional trainers will come directly to you to address your dog’s specific challenges and build lasting obedience through structure, consistency, and leadership. Every session is designed to strengthen communication between you and your dog, so you both learn together, step by step.
Whether it’s pulling on the leash, jumping on guests, potty issues, barking, or listening only “when they want to”, we’ll create a customized plan based on your dog’s temperament, energy, and learning pace.
Each visit includes guided exercises, live demonstrations, and tailored homework to keep progress going between sessions. By the end of the program, your dog will understand the meaning of calm, focused obedience — and you’ll know exactly how to maintain it confidently.

Our 2-Week Board & Train Program is designed for dogs who need more than just basic training — they need balance, focus, and reliability in everyday life. During your dog’s stay, they’ll live with one of our professional trainers and experience a consistent daily routine that mirrors real-world life — walks, rest, social exposure, and structured obedience sessions throughout each day.
Your dog will learn to listen, follow direction, and stay calm around distractions—from neighborhood walks to door greetings and mealtime manners. Because training in a real home setting means your dog learns how to behave where it matters most — in yours.
Throughout the program, we send weekly video updates, photos, and progress reports so you stay connected and confident in your dog’s journey. At the end of the program, you’ll receive a personalized “Go-Home” session to transfer leadership, explain all commands, and ensure you feel empowered to maintain results long-term.
Service Dog Training Program
Transform your dog’s potential into a life-changing partnership. Our Service Dog Training Program is designed to help dogs develop the reliability, focus, and confidence needed to assist their owners in everyday life.
To ensure success and maintain the highest training standards, all students must first complete one of our Basic Obedience Programs before enrolling in any advanced service-dog course. This builds the solid foundation required for public access, focus under distraction, and specialized task work.
Upon successful completion, graduates receive one of our exclusive Personal Service Dog Patches — a symbol of their accomplishment and dedication.
While this patch represents the dog’s advanced level of training, all handlers are responsible for following current ADA and airline policies regarding service-dog travel and public access. When properly documented, many owners are able to fly side-by-side with their trained companions, enjoying peace of mind and greater independence.

My journey as a dog trainer began long before Public Manner Dog Training Academy was ever created — it started back in 2008 with my first dog, Rocsie, a loyal and driven American Pit Bull Terrier. Rocsie was my best friend and my greatest teacher. Together, we built a bond through patience, trust, and consistency. I taught her to heel and side both on and off leash, to stay calmly from a distance — even out of sight, and believe it or not, I even trained her to duck hunt and retrieve from the lake. That experience showed me what was truly possible when communication replaces control and leadership replaces frustration.
Years later, in 2016, my family welcomed Flash, a seven-pound Maltese with a big personality and even bigger reactivity issues. At first, he barked at everything and everyone. But through structure, confidence-building, and positive leadership, Flash transformed into the complete opposite of his old self — a calm, social, and obedient little dream dog who reminded me that every dog, no matter their size or background, can achieve balance.
Those experiences changed my life. What began as a passion became a calling. I became a professional dog trainer, dedicated to helping other families experience the same life-changing relationship I’ve been blessed to have with my own dogs.
Our mission is simple:
To show every dog owner that having a well-trained, balanced dog isn’t just about obedience — it’s about peace of mind, freedom, and a deeper bond built on respect and trust.
